Securely access your Heartland Bank accounts on-the-go! Heartland's Mobile Banking offers 2 convenient ways to manage your accounts with Mobile Text Banking and Mobile Web Banking. And best of all, it's FREE for all Heartland Bank customers.

Mobile Text Banking

To activate your mobile device for Mobile Text Banking, log in to Personal Online Banking and select "Mobile Banking and Alerts".

To use, simply send 454545 one of the following short commands and instantly receive a return message.

  • bal - Primary account balance
  • bal all - All account balances
  • last - Last 5 transactions on primary account
  • trans - Transfer funds from a designated Heartland account to your primary Heartland account (External Transfers not available)
  • bal check - Account balance of checking accounts
  • bal save - Account balance of savings accounts
  • help - Help on keywords
  • stop - Deactivate service

Mobile Web Banking

To access Mobile Web Banking with your web enabled phone, go to https://m.heartland-bank.com and log in using your existing Online Banking credentials. No information is stored on your mobile device.

  • View account balances and transactions
  • Conduct transfers between Heartland accounts (External Transfers not available)
  • Authorize bill payments to payees set up in Online Banking
